All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities
- Discontinue products at any time
- Modify product descriptions and prices without notice

Due to screen differences, product colors and details may vary slightly from what is displayed.

Each piece is part of a limited drop. Availability is not guaranteed once sold out.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT).

We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna 

Payments are processed securely. AMG SYSTEM does not store your card details.

5. ORDER PROCESS

Once your order is placed:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- AMG SYSTEM reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:
  - suspected fraud
  - pricing errors
  - stock issues

If payment is not authorized, the order will not be processed.

6. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

AMG SYSTEM is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delivery failures due to customer absence

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. LIABILITY

AMG SYSTEM is not liable for:
- Technical issues or interruptions
- Misuse of the Website
- External factors beyond our control

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (designs, logos, images, etc.) is property of AMG SYSTEM and may not be used without permission.

9. LEGAL

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

In case of dispute, consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence.
