RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible:
- Items must be unused
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging

If the product has been used or damaged, the return will be rejected and the item will not be refunded.

3. RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof of return.

5. EXCEPTIONS

Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalized items
- Sealed items opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons)

6. CLAIMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at:

We will assess the issue and offer:
- Replacement
- Refund
