EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 14 days after your order has been delivered. If the item doesn’t fit you, you can exchange it for another size. If your requested size is out of stock, you may choose a different item of equal value.
Please note:
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and risks during the exchange process.
• Items must be in perfect condition, just as you received them. If the item shows clear signs of use (beyond trying it on), we won’t accept the exchange and we’ll return it to you.
• We are not responsible for undelivered packages, and we do not collect parcels from local delivery offices.
To request an exchange, email us at bargainclubb@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll send you a link to our exchange portal where you can generate a shipping label.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs and risks, unless the item is faulty.
• Items must be unworn and in original condition.
• Faulty items must be reported within 48h of delivery.
To start a return, email bargainclubb@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN” and include your order number. We’ll send you a link to our returns portal where you can generate a return label easily.

How can I get in contact with you?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
In Spain, orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the moment we ship them. For the rest of Europe, delivery may take a bit longer — usually 5 to 10 business days.
I received the wrong item or size. Can I exchange it?
Yes, email bargainclubb@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll fix it for you.
Can I cancel an order?
We don’t cancel orders once they’ve been placed. However, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can exchange it for another item of the same price. Email us as soon as possible.
I entered the wrong address. What can I do?
Email bargainclubb@gmail.com immediately with the subject “INCORRECT ADDRESS”. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it. We can’t resend packages once they’ve been delivered to the wrong address.
